FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Quick answers about fees, safety, limits and what to do when something looks wrong.

Getting started

What is this?

Trustswap is a Discord community that runs three services: AutoSwap (automatic crypto to crypto), manual exchanges with verified exchangers (PayPal, bank, UPI and more) and Auto Middleman (escrow for deals between two people).

How do I start?

Join our Discord, open the panel for the service you want and follow the bot. No account on the website is needed, and nothing is posted when you sign in with Discord.

Which coins are supported?

AutoSwap supports BTC, LTC, ETH, SOL, USDC. Auto Middleman supports BTC, LTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, USDC. See the Coins page for networks and confirmations.

Fees and limits

How much does it cost?

AutoSwap charges 2.5% (minimum €0.50). Manual exchanges show their exact fee before a ticket is created, with a minimum of €1.00. Middleman charges 0.5%. Use the Rates page to calculate.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The amount you send and the amount you receive are shown before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards. Blockchain network fees are paid on the chain and are already counted in AutoSwap quotes.

What are the limits?

AutoSwap handles amounts from about €1.00 to €200.00. Manual exchanges depend on the exchanger and their security deposit.

Safety

Is it safe?

Escrow funds sit in a fresh wallet per trade with encrypted keys and a two-step release. Manual exchangers put down a security deposit, and every deal has a ticket transcript. See the Security page.

How do I know it is really you?

Use the Verify page: it lists our only official links and lets you check whether a person is on the team. We never DM first and never ask for seed phrases.

Why do you ask for my name and country?

When an AutoSwap goes through a regulated partner, European transfer rules require the recipient's name and country. We use them only for that transfer.

What if I send the wrong coin or network?

Funds sent on a wrong network usually cannot be recovered. Ask in a support ticket before you send if you are unsure.

Problems

My swap is taking long

The ticket shows each step. A deposit needs network confirmations first, which can take longer when the network is busy. If it looks stuck, press Ask Support in the ticket.

Can I get a refund?

If a swap cannot be completed we send your deposit back to your refund address, minus the network fee. For other cases, open a support ticket and staff review the full transcript.

How do I track my deal?

Paste your order or ticket ID on the Track a trade page. No login is needed.

Community

How can I become an exchanger?

Exchangers are vetted by staff and put down a security deposit. Ask in a support ticket to apply.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. You earn 5% of the fee on every exchange your friends complete. See the Referral page.

Still have a question?

Our team answers in a support ticket, usually within minutes.
