How everything works.

Step by step, for each service. Everything happens in a private ticket on Discord, and you stay in control at every step.

  1. Open the AutoSwap panelIn our Discord, press Start Your Swap and choose the coin you send and the coin you receive.
  2. Enter your detailsType the amount in euro, your receiving address, and an optional refund address. When your swap goes through our liquidity partner you also enter your name and country: it is a legal requirement for crypto transfers in Europe.
  3. Check the quoteThe bot shows exactly what you send, what you receive and our fee before anything is created. Confirm only if you are happy with it.
  4. Send to the deposit addressA private ticket opens with a fresh deposit address just for you. Send the exact coin on the exact network shown. Never reuse an old address.
  5. Wait for the confirmationsThe ticket updates by itself as your deposit is seen, confirmed, converted and sent. Most swaps finish in minutes. A deposit that is still waiting for network confirmations can take longer.
  6. Receive your coinsYour coins arrive at your address with a transaction link. Leave a vouch and the ticket closes by itself a few minutes later.
  1. Pick your routeIn the Exchange panel choose what you want to do, for example PayPal to crypto or crypto to bank, then your methods and the amount.
  2. Review the feeYou see the exact fee and what you receive before a ticket is created. Cancel at any time at this point.
  3. An exchanger claims your ticketA verified exchanger takes your order. You can look them up on the Team page: rating, deals and local time.
  4. Accept the termsThe exchanger's terms appear in your ticket. Read them, then accept to continue.
  5. Pay inside the ticket onlyThe payment details are posted in your private ticket. Pay exactly that amount to exactly those details, then press that you sent it.
  6. Get paid out and vouchThe exchanger checks your payment and sends your crypto or money. Confirm you received it and leave a vouch.
  1. Open a Middleman ticketPress the Middleman panel in Discord and choose the coin of the deal.
  2. Add the other personBoth people identify themselves in the ticket and accept the terms, so everyone knows their role.
  3. The buyer deposits into escrowThe bot creates a brand new wallet for this deal only. The buyer sends the agreed amount there.
  4. Wait for the confirmationsFunds are held until the required confirmations are reached (BTC 2, LTC 6, ETH 12, USDT 12, USDC 12, SOL 1).
  5. Deliver the goods or serviceThe seller delivers while the funds are locked. Nobody can move them, not even us, without the confirmation steps.
  6. Release the fundsThe buyer confirms and the funds are released to the seller in two steps. The escrow fee is 0.5%. If there is a problem, senior staff can step in from the full transcript.
Golden rule: only ever pay details that the bot or your assigned exchanger posts inside your own ticket. Anything sent in a private message is a scam.
