How funds are protected
- One wallet per trade. Every Middleman trade uses a fresh escrow address that is never reused, so no deal can touch another and there is no pooled balance.
- Encrypted keys. Private keys are encrypted before they reach the database. They are only revealed to administrators, and every reveal is logged.
- Two-step release. Funds are released only after the confirmation steps shown in the ticket. One accidental click cannot send your money.
- Verifiable on-chain. Every release comes with a real transaction link you can check on the blockchain.
Human oversight
Senior staff can freeze all releases, force a confirmation, refund a trade or close a ticket at any moment. Every ticket is transcribed and stored, so any dispute can be reviewed from the full record.
Protect yourself
- Staff of Trustswap will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or password. Never share them with anyone.
- Always check that you are sending the exact coin, on the exact network, to the exact address shown in your ticket.
- Only trust addresses displayed by the bot inside your own private ticket. Ignore direct messages from people offering to help.
- Check the transaction link after a release to confirm the funds moved.
- For manual exchanges, only pay the details posted by the assigned exchanger inside your own ticket, after you accepted the quote.
Reporting a problem
