Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By opening a ticket, using a Trustswap command or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Trustswap provides two automated services inside Discord: AutoSwap, a cryptocurrency exchange routed through a third-party exchange provider, and Auto Middleman, an escrow service in which funds are held in a per-trade wallet until both parties confirm.
Trustswap is not a bank, broker, exchange licensed in your jurisdiction, or custodian of long-term funds. Funds are held only for the duration of a trade.
3. Eligibility and lawful use
- You must be of legal age in your country and allowed to use cryptocurrency services where you live.
- You must not use the service for money laundering, fraud, scams, sanctions evasion or any illegal activity.
- You are responsible for the legality of the goods, services or assets you trade, and for any taxes that apply to you.
4. Fees
Auto Middleman charges a fee of 0.2% of the trade amount. The fee is shown before you accept and open the trade. AutoSwap is priced at the rate quoted by the exchange provider at order creation, which may include the provider's own fees. Network fees are paid on the blockchain and are outside our control.
5. Deposits, confirmations and releases
- Send only the exact coin and network requested. Funds sent on the wrong network or to a wrong address may be permanently lost.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Deposits must reach the required number of confirmations before they are treated as received.
- Funds in Auto Middleman are released only after the confirmation steps shown in the ticket. Once released, a transaction cannot be undone.
- Partial or incorrect payments may be refunded or processed after review, at the discretion of staff.
6. Refunds and disputes
If a trade cannot be completed, you can ask staff for help from inside the ticket. Staff may freeze a release, request more information, refund funds to the sending address or complete the trade. Staff decisions on disputes are final within the service. Refunds are sent back to the originating address, minus any unavoidable network fees.
7. Transcripts and records
Every ticket is recorded. When a ticket closes, a transcript of its messages is stored and sent to the ticket opener. Transcripts may be used to resolve disputes, prevent abuse and comply with legal requests.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Impersonating staff or other users.
- Attempting to exploit, overload or manipulate the bot, the website or the exchange provider.
- Opening tickets with no intention to trade, or abusing the support system.
9. No guarantees and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and market rates can move between the quote and the completion of a trade. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by market movements, user error, wrong addresses or networks, third-party outages, blockchain congestion or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Suspension
We may refuse service, freeze a trade or ban a user at any time to protect the service and other users, including where fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Manual exchanges
- Exchanges made with INR, bank transfers, PayPal, e-wallets or any other non-crypto method are handled by hand by our exchangers and are not automated.
- Each order is quoted by the assigned exchanger. The quote shows the rate and both amounts, and it only binds you once you accept it.
- Pay only the details posted by the assigned exchanger inside your own ticket. Payments sent anywhere else are not covered.
- Fiat payments can be difficult or impossible to reverse. You must be the legitimate owner of the account you pay from or receive on.
- An exchanger or staff member may ask for proof of payment or identification, and may cancel or refuse an order to prevent fraud.
13. Contact
