- Open tickets only through our official panels, inside the official server.
- Pay only the details posted inside your own ticket by the assigned exchanger or by the bot.
- Check the exchanger on the team page before you pay.
- Look at the on-chain link after every payout and keep your ticket transcript.
- Send the exact coin on the exact network shown in your ticket.
Never (if someone does, it is a scam)
- We never DM you first to offer a deal, a refund or "help" with a stuck trade.
- We never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, passwords or 2FA codes.
- We never ask you to send crypto to a personal wallet to "verify" or "unlock" anything.
- We never ask you to continue on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or any other app.
- We never ask you to install remote-access software or open a link from a stranger.

Every deal has an ID you can look up without logging in.
Track it
Paste your order or ticket number on the tracking page to see its live status.
Check the chain
Open the transaction link from your payout on a block explorer and confirm the amount and address.
Read the record
Closed tickets are archived as transcripts, so a dispute can always be reviewed from the full conversation.
Spotted an impersonator? Do not engage. Report the account in a support ticket on the official server with a screenshot and their user ID, and we will act on it.
